Our Values
Fraud & Corruption
Please fill out this form if:
• You are worried or you have heard something about a person doing the wrong thing and benefiting at or related to Hagar Australia, or at its projects;
• Someone at or related to Hagar Australia, or its partners, not following Hagar Australia’s: Prevention of Fraud & Corruption Policy – Conflict of Interest Policy – Prevention of Terrorism Financing Policy – Code of Conduct
Hagar Australia people and anyone involved in a project that Hagar Australia funds have to report anything that relates to someone doing the wrong thing and benefiting, directly or indirectly, as soon as possible. This benefit could be money, equipment, information, power or status. If you don’t report as soon as possible or you wrongly accuse someone, this will be treated in the same way as someone not following Hagar Australia’s Prevention of Fraud and Corruption Policy or Code of Conduct (please see ‘After Looking into a Report’ here).
If you are worried or you have heard something about a person doing the wrong thing and benefiting outside of Hagar Australia, please contact their organisation (if they work somewhere else) and/ or the police immediately.
You don’t have to include your name on the form below but this helps us when we contact you. Your report will go to Hagar Australia’s Executive Director. If your report is about this person, please contact Hagar Australia’s Board Secretary on +61 3 9416 1960 or use the ‘Whistleblowing’ form.
