We are thrilled to announce the launch of Hagar’s first Make a Broken World Beautiful Gala in Melbourne on Friday 17 May 2019.

This year marks 25 years since Hagar was founded in Cambodia and we want to celebrate this significant milestone and your support in helping us reach it. We are excited to have Longdy Chhap coming from Cambodia to share his inspirational story as a survivor of child exploitation who is now working as a counsellor to help others overcome their trauma.

Join us at spectacular Metropolis, soak in the breathtaking views of Melbourne’s iconic landmarks and indulge in fine wines, premium beverages, signature cocktails and show-stopping dishes by Head Chef, Lana Cargill. The night will also feature The Champagne Dame, live performances and a wonderful array of prizes. It will be an occasion that engages all the senses while lifting our hearts and minds to help some of the most vulnerable people in the world.

Funds raised from the night will support Hagar’s life-transforming work with survivors of trafficking, slavery and abuse in Cambodia, Vietnam and Afghanistan.

See the official invitation below for more details. There is a special rate for table bookings of 10 people – providing a great opportunity for corporates or individuals to bring along guests.

Please join us in May to make our broken world more beautiful.
